Lumi launches alrajhi Mokafaa Loyalty programme for their valued customers

As part of their drive to acquire new customers and retain existing customers’ loyalty and rebooking, Lumi car rental company, has entered into a partnership with alrajhi bank in Saudi Arabia to launch the alrajhi Mokafaa Loyalty programme.

The partnership enables Lumi customers to earn mokafaa points every time they spend at Lumi Rental while also providing the car rental company access to alrajhi’s loyal customers. Mokafaa acts as a loyalty program, where customers are awarded points when they spend on products and service which they can redeem in combination of cash or credit card.

The Mokafaa Loyalty Program, serving more than 10 million mokafaa customers is the largest loyalty program in terms of the total reward value provided to customers among the bank industry in KSA. The multi-partner ecosystem allows customers to earn points from their cards as well as when they shop at mokafaa partner stores. Currently they have over 170 + brands on board, where customers can use mokafaa points as a payment

method. Their Loyalty experience is constantly evolving to offer the best experience to customers who can simply visit the cashiers and have all mokafaa transactions done quickly, by just giving his or her mobile number or using the in-app integrations to perform all mokafaa transactions in the app or webpage instantly.

Lumi is currently utilizing the earn module with all its partners, where customers earn points when they rent cars from Lumi. Mokafaa has been integrated on Lumi’s website, app and branches enabling customers to enjoy a seamless experience.
